When will I receive my handbag?
If your order is in stock, you should receive your handbag in 3-5 business days. We ship Fed Ex Ground.
Ordering a gift?
Our bags make great gifts! Decide which handbag you want to purchase.
- Click on "Add to Shopping Bag"
- Next, click "Checkout"
- Under "Ship To" enter the address you would like the gift sent to.
- Click "Continue" to complete your order.
How can I return an item?
We, at PoshPurse proudly stand behind our products. Your satisfaction is our first priority. If there is any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply return the item for a full refund within 30 days of your receipt. We will credit your original form of payment for the cost of the merchandise being returned. All merchandise must be in its original condition and returned in its original box (this means the merchandise must be returned in the same condition it was received with all tags attached). Return shipping is free of charge. As a convenience you can contact us (via phone or email) to request a FedEx Ground Return Label. Please be certain the package is insured for the full value of the item and send to: PoshPurse, 8067 Trotterstrail Ct., Cincinnati, OH 45249.

A helpful hint to caring for your handbag?
There are a few exceptions, but most handbags purchased through PoshPurse come with their own designer's dust bag. When you are not using your bag (which will probably seldom happen) take a few minutes to wipe it off with a soft cloth, then store your very special "posh purse" in the cloth storage bag.
